Dollard Referee (Why not me?)
The Dollard Soccer Club Referee Committee in 2020 is ready to continue implementing the Canadian Soccer Association Referee Classification Model (click here). We are proud to announce that André Pickler, a Dollard referees, is on the Canadian National Assistant Referee list. Robert Schaap, another Dollard referee, is still a Video Assistant Referee (V.A.R) at the MLS. All new (born in 2006 or before) and returning referees have to be registered by March 29.
All candidates (new and returning referees) will need to fill the following 2 forms (click here) ,validate their registration, member card picture, and the Soccer Level Referee FSQ affiliation form at the Dollard soccer office during open hours.

2020 REFEREE CLINICS
The Dollard Soccer Club Referee Committee has to ensure that all of its referees are CERTIFIED and that they attend a Referee Clinic each year.

1- Entry Level Referee Clinic (POSTPONED) (0 Spaces left)
CANDIDATES WILL BE CONTACTED BY March 29 2020
(This is MANDATORY to become a certified and registered referee in Quebec)
The Entry Level Referee Clinic is the entry point into the Provincial Referee Program. Once an individual is successful in passing this clinic they will be classified as a Youth Referee, if they are 14 or 15 years old or a District Referee, if they are 16 years old or older. The goal of this 2 day (16 hours) clinic is, through an experienced referee instructor and video, provide the knowledge of refereeing in all aspect of the game. The topics covered include, but are not limited to the Laws of the Game, Positioning, Signals, Administration of the game, and Preparation & Match Reporting.
Pre-requisite: Minimum 14 Years old
Other Pre-Requisite: Fill the CSA Referee Pre-Course Study Guide
Clinic Length: 16 hours
Clinic Fee: FREE

Clinic Time: Saturday & Sunday 9am - 5pm

DSC Referee Procedural Workshop (FRIDAY MAY 8 2020)
(The workshop will go over all DSC Referee processes, in French and English, the Laws of 5-A-SIDE, 7-A-SIDE, 9-A-SIDE and 11-A-SIDE soccer and will at the end of the course give a theoretical exam in English or in French that must be passed (80%). All dates include Practical sessions and Fitness Assessment.
All certified referees will have to read the Laws of the Game before the course:
